Velocity 
Training

Arm care and proper training protocols are an integral aspect in velocity training success. The Velocity Sport Method Training ProgramTM is formatted to place the athlete at the top of his or her game.  This training program prepares and maintains the fine balance of the body between off-season, pre-season and in-season, keeping the athlete prepared for the demands of their middle school, high school, college, or professional sport.

 

Proper warm-up, sport specific flexibility, game practice visualization, and nutrition and diet are staples for all of the Sport Method TrainingTM Programs.

Off-season is the best time for an athlete to make significant strength gains.  The Weight and Battery Sport Method TrainingTM Program focuses on alternating between core, legs/back and upper body workouts.  This program focuses on multi-jointed, functional exercises that have high carryover to the sport.  The goal of this program is to increase overall strength and conditioning.  The desired outcome will be reached through the implementation of the athlete's own goals.

Weight & Battery Training

Learning the correct exercises, drill running forms, and balance are all important factors in the step-by-step method of speed, agility and reaction.  The Speed and Agility Sport Method TrainingTM Program is divided into four phases:  ladder training, plyoball training, plyobox training, and reaction training.  Every drill routine in this training program plays an important part of building the correct muscles for speed, agility and reaction.
